Family-Centered Pediatric Care
Never underestimate the importance of baby teeth. Healthy habits start young, and infections in baby teeth can cause problems with the permanent teeth that are already developing in the bone below. At North Creek Family Dentistry, we know children learn best from watching their parents model good behavior. Because we see patients of all ages, your child can watch and learn from you and then follow with their own appointment. We know dental visits can be a source of anxiety for many people, so we like to start our little ones slow and go at their pace. This also means starting them early. By age one, we like to start practicing with yearly visits. While we may not get everything done at the first appointment, the focus is on having a positive experience in the dental environment so that when the child returns in subsequent years, the foundation has been laid and we are able to get more done. In addition to forming a routine, we also use these visits to educate children and parents about habits that are healthy for their teeth and mouth. Starting these habits young may prevent future problems. Bottom line: we see anyone with teeth (and some without). Go ahead and bring your baby in whenever you are ready to start care. We love little smiles!

We will break down your treatment plan by appointment, so there are no surprises. We have removed the obstacles between you and your dental care, so there’s no reason to delay!

Dr. Cattle and her team designed every aspect of the office, making it great from the waiting room to the clinic and beyond. While our team is primarily English speaking, we have members who are bilingual in Spanish and English. If Spanish is a more comfortable language for you to communicate in, or if you’d like to multitask and brush up on your Spanish speaking skills while you visit us, we can help!
